Before you submit your order, kindly take some time to read our service policy.
Our promise is to serve you an elegant, high-quality service. We hope you enjoy your order fully!
1- Please note that all of our products may contain nuts, fish, gluten, seeds, eggs unless our customers note us in advance and specify which toppings should be avoided. Our breakfast and High-Tea orders cannot be adjusted as a nut-free order since many items are pre-packed and pre-made.
2- Please note that all florals are organic and they are all washed, but used for design purposes only as many types of flowers are not edible, they need to be removed from the box before use.
4- FOR DELIVERY ORDERS: please allow up to 60 minutes from the approximate time you choose on our website for all deliveries.
5- FOR PICKUP ORDERS: please visit our working station within a MAXIMUM 30 minutes frame from the time you choose on our website. Our team may need to leave the working station for deliveries. As a result, we appreciate your visit based on your appointment time.
All orders are non-refundable. For any emergency cancellation, we provide store credit for later use. We need at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation/store credit.
